5. Delivery

• Delivery services are available within the State of Qatar only.

• Delivery time may vary depending on location and order type.

• Joud Gourmet is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of food products:

• Products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.

• Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

• The store must be notified within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear proof.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring product suitability in case of food allergies. The store bears no responsibility for allergic reactions.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The store is not responsible for improper use of products after delivery.

• In all cases, the store’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product only.
